Our team of doctors intentionally works with a small number of patients each week so that each patient receives full-day, hands-on care and real-time clinical oversight throughout their stay.

Vestibular rehabilitation at The Keiser Clinic

Evidence across neurological conditions suggests that the patients with the best outcomes are the ones who finally find a team that can provide structured, personalized, and supervised care over time.

The true cost of
"symptom management" care.

$20,000+
Annual Cost of Illness

Out-of-pocket spending on ineffective symptom management, lost patient income, and lost caregiver income — often before anyone has identified what is actually driving the condition.

9–36 mo.
Average Wait for a Specialist

Many patients wait months to years to see a specialist, often for a brief visit with no objective testing and no clear follow-up.

7
Specialists Seen on Average

The average patient sees seven specialists over five years and leaves without a coherent explanation of what is driving their condition.

What patients typically navigate
Insurance approvals, denials, and delays that interrupt care
Separate providers handling testing, interpretation, and treatment
Long gaps between visits, with no single team holding the full picture
Follow-up that is fragmented, delayed, or handed off elsewhere
Only tests to diagnose. Does not retest to measure progress in treatment
At The Keiser Clinic

Constant re-testing to measure progress and adapt treatment in real time
You leave with a home program and continued support included
$1,350Per Day
Comprehensive diagnostic evaluation — including tilt table testing — conducted and interpreted by the same team during your stay.
Daily treatments and therapies built directly from your findings.
Ongoing re-evaluation throughout your stay, so testing informs treatment and treatment informs further testing in real time.
Customized home program built from what we've learned across your full stay.
Continued virtual support after you leave.
Your first day is your only up-front commitment. No matter how long you plan to stay, you're only billed for the in-clinic time you've already done.

In-Clinic Intensive Care vs. the Insurance Model

Your treatment at The Keiser Clinic is personalized to your evaluation findings and adjusted in real time, with multiple doctors actively involved in your case within an intensive clinical setting. We do not bill insurance directly because this kind of individualized care does not fit neatly into the one-size-fits-all billing structure insurance systems typically rely on, even though this is often the level of care required to make meaningful progress in complex chronic conditions.

Superbill

We can provide superbills with the proper diagnostic and procedure codes to submit to your insurance, where you may be eligible for reimbursement.

HSA / FSA

HSA and FSA funds are accepted.

CareCredit

We accept CareCredit.

Payment Plans

We can go over possible payment plans on your consultation call.

"No false hopes" includes being honest about fit.

At The Keiser Clinic, we do not automatically move every patient into treatment. If a pre-visit consultation suggests we are not the right fit, we will tell you plainly.

Our in-clinic evaluation is more extensive than many patients have previously experienced, and in rare cases, that process shows that another provider or treatment path would be more appropriate.

While that can be disappointing in the moment, we won't proceed when we don't believe it's the right fit. In those circumstances, we do our best to help connect patients with someone better suited to their needs.
