Chelsea, Michigan

A Town That Feels
Like Rest

Chelsea isn't a medical hub. It's a historic small town with a genuine community — the kind of place where the pace is slow enough to actually decompress between sessions. This video was made by one of Chelsea's own, Jeff Daniels.

Pack & Prepare

Before You Arrive

A few things to have in order before Day 1. None of this is complicated — it just helps your first session run smoothly.

Paperwork

Complete your intake forms Return before your first day by email, fax, or mail.
Write a medical history timeline A bullet list is fine. Include prior diagnoses, treatments, and what's changed. Email to info@drkeiser.com.

What to Bring

Loose, comfortable clothing Many therapies require access to the skin. Shorts or pants with loose legs (knee access) are ideal. Bring a light sweater — the clinic is air conditioned.
No mascara on Day 1 It can interfere with certain diagnostic testing. We have makeup remover at the clinic if needed.
Snacks, water bottle, sunglasses, extra socks Anything that makes you comfortable during a full day.
Athletes: bring your gear If returning to sport is a goal, bring your equipment — but confirm with our team first.

Submitting Your Intake Paperwork
