Our evaluation goes far beyond standard neurological testing. We assess vestibular function, oculomotor control, cerebellar timing, and autonomic responses to build a complete picture of how your nervous system is functioning.
Using tilt table testing and transcranial Doppler, we measure real-time blood flow to your brain and watch how your autonomic system responds to positional changes. This reveals the mechanism driving your symptoms.
Your eyes are a window into brain function. We use video oculography and eye tracking to assess how your brain is processing information and identify areas of dysfunction that contribute to your symptoms.
Once we identify your specific mechanism, we create a personalized treatment plan using vestibular rehabilitation, oculomotor exercises, and neuroplasticity-based therapies to address the root cause.
